Shipping Policy for Digital Downloads

1. No Physical Shipping
All products sold on https://flying-digital-download.myshopify.com are digital downloads (e.g., SVG PNG and PDF files, ZIP archives, software, templates, audio files, or e-books). No physical item will be shipped to your address.

Because nothing physical is being sent:

  • You will not receive a tracking number.

  • No shipping costs or delivery fees apply at checkout.

2. Delivery Method
After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive immediate access to your digital file(s) via one or both of the following methods:

  • Download link on the order confirmation page.

  • Email sent to the address you provided during checkout, containing a secure download link.

3. Delivery Timeframe
Delivery is instantaneous (typically within 1–5 minutes) after payment confirmation.
If you do not see the email within 15 minutes, please:

  • Check your spam/junk folder.

  • Ensure you entered your email address correctly.

  • Contact us at [support email address] with your order number.

4. No Refunds on Digital Products (Important)
Due to the intangible, irrevocable, and instantly accessible nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the file has been delivered or made available for download.

Exception: If the file is corrupted, missing, or does not match the product description, we will replace the file at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

5. User Responsibility
You are responsible for downloading and saving the file(s) to a secure device or cloud storage. We cannot guarantee that download links remain active indefinitely (though we make reasonable efforts to keep them accessible for [e.g., 30 days / 1 year / permanently]).
